1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options during checkout.

Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you need to update your address or cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
